I think this may be the best horror adventure EVER! Not because of the monsters and the gory stuff, although it has both, but because of the setting (let's face it, hospitals are SCARY). I'm playing it as a PBEM and this really helps imho, and I tweaked it slightly so that even the supporting cast (eg. the nurses) get a major role. I don't know if it would work equally well if I were to run it as a traditional RP though, as the characters are stuck in bed ailing for entire rounds and this could be frustrating to the players. It's not for everyone; those who like to play the action hero will loathe the very foundation of this adventure... but for those who are willing to go with it, the helplessness and illness make for such a different experience...
