What you get:
Black and white interior (color was for the Deluxe version only), which looks good for the most part, but I just don't see the "flavor" stuff in the Campaign section very well. These cut-outs of newspaper clippings, old documents and so on don't look right for me. These things printed out okay, but the text is still fuzzy and a wee bit hard on the eyes.
But, you do get a lot for you money here, and it is all choice stuff.
The biggest gripe I have is that this work should have been indexed / bookmarked before letting it out because at over 300 pages and multiple chapters, there is a lot you have to paw through unless you have the table of contents or index physically printed out for reference.
